Unforgettable Sweetz was founded in 2021 by New York native Mel "Cakeman" Edwards. Now on the road as a mobile food truck throughout Charlotte, we're bringing authentic New York-style baking traditions to the Queen City.
Staying true to his hometown roots, Cakeman puts his heart and soul into every bite, giving customers the taste and feel of home with every dessert. From mini cheesecakes that pack maximum flavor to custom cakes that make celebrations truly special, every creation at Unforgettable Sweetz is made with love.
